We provide nightly commercial cleaning to Scottsdale commercial facilities from our Fountain Hills base, approximately 20 minutes west. A crew arrives after close and completes the full scope before the next business day. The same crew returns on the same schedule each week.
The typical Scottsdale account we service: A 6,800 sq ft multi-tenant professional building in the Scottsdale Airpark. Four tenant suites with a shared lobby, two shared restrooms per floor, and a common break room. Nightly cleaning scope with quarterly floor-care rotation.
We offer 5-night, 3-night, and weekly schedules. Most Scottsdale commercial facilities — given the market's mix of smaller professional offices and specialised facilities — start on a 3-night schedule and adjust after the first 30-day check-in.
